The high and low voltage coils of SCB10 series epoxy resin cast dry-type distribution transformers are cast with thin layers of epoxy resin, which have good insulation performance, strong short-circuit resistance, and high lightning impact resistance. The epoxy resin used for casting has good performance, reasonable design, advanced technology, small partial discharge, low noise, flame retardant, self-extinguishing, moisture-proof, good heat dissipation, maintenance-free, and pollution-free. The product is small in size and low in noise. Each winding has automatic temperature monitoring and protection during operation.

Overview details

The surface of the iron core and clamps of SCB10-2500KVA dry-type transformer is specially treated with protective resin, and the appearance is beautiful. The low voltage winding and high voltage winding adopt a segmented multi-layer cylindrical structure, which makes the ampere-turn distribution balanced, the leakage magnetic field small, the mechanical strength high, and the short-circuit resistance strong. The low-noise cooling fan and intelligent temperature controller configured make the product have fault, over-temperature alarm, start-stop protection, and can implement microcomputer remote monitoring function.
