The Application of Prefabricated Power Cabin
The core charm of Prefabricated Cabins lies in "speed". All structures, equipment, and pipelines are standardizedly produced and debugged in the factory. Over 70% of the work is completed in advance, and after being transported to the site, they can be lifted and assembled like building blocks. Traditional substations that take half a year to build can be put into use in 2-3 months with prefabricated cabins, reducing the construction period by more than 60%.

An enterprise in Xinjiang has placed orders for prefabricated cabins for two months in advance. The person in charge admitted, "Whether it's high-altitude wind power or coastal energy storage projects, customers recognize the efficiency of prefabricated cabins. There is almost no need for civil construction on site, and noise reduction and dust reduction do not affect production in the surrounding areas." Its flexibility is another plus point. A single cabin can operate independently, and multiple cabins can be combined for expansion. When the production capacity is increased in the future, the new cabin bodies can be connected with pipelines, without the need for dismantling and reconstruction. What's more convenient is that they can be moved as a whole. Temporary power supply cabins for post-disaster reconstruction and communication hubs for large-scale events can be transferred to other demand points for reuse after use, with a material recycling rate of over 75%, which is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective. For special environments such as high-altitude and salt-spray zones, reinforced structures can be customized, with wind resistance levels up to 12 and protection levels not lower than IP54, capable of operating stably within the temperature range of -40°C to 50°C. Nowadays, prefabricated cabins have already "gone global" and are making their mark in the world. The energy storage prefabricated cabins of an enterprise in Hubei have been exported to 60+ countries including Bulgaria and Honduras, with orders placed until June next year. The modular products from Xinjiang have reduced costs through disassembly transportation and successfully entered the Central Asian market. These products have passed 200+ international certifications and have established a firm foothold in overseas large-scale energy storage projects, allowing the "Made in China" efficient infrastructure model to be recognized globally. From domestic distributed Photovoltaic and 5G base stations to overseas new energy power stations, prefabricated cabins are reshaping the infrastructure construction model with their advantages of efficiency, flexibility, and environmental friendliness. Industry insiders say that in the future, as intelligent operation and maintenance and energy-saving materials are integrated, prefabricated cabins will play a role in more scenarios and become the core force of green infrastructure.
