Precautions for power cabinet power distribution panel/industrial power panel
1. System Monitoring
The power Distribution Cabinet is equipped with real-time monitoring functions for multiple indicators such as voltage, current, frequency, and power quality. Users should always pay attention to the operating status of the power cabinet system to promptly identify potential risks and take corresponding preventive measures.
2. Functional Applications
Distribution cabinets play a crucial role in the power system, covering multiple links such as power generation, transmission, distribution, and power conversion and consumption. They not only include key equipment such as high-voltage Circuit Breakers and disconnectors, but also have diverse functions such as load switches, automatic sectionalizing devices, and power distribution.
3. Operation and Protection
The operation methods of the distribution cabinet are flexible and diverse. It can be connected or disconnected by manual switches, or it can be operated intelligently through an automatic control system. In case of faults or abnormal situations, the built-in protector will respond quickly, either by cutting off the circuit or by sounding an alarm to ensure system safety.
4. Operating Instructions:
Switches on the distribution cabinet must be operated with caution. No non-professional personnel are allowed to operate them at will. After starting the generator set, the power screen acceleration switch should be gradually manually accelerated until the generator operates normally and the voltage and frequency are stably within the predetermined range. Once in the distribution state, avoid pulling the power screen acceleration switch at will, and the lock switch must not be used in emergency situations.
In addition, when operating the generator in parallel, strict compliance with the operating procedures must be followed, especially being vigilant against potential risks such as reverse power (reverse current) and parallel operation failure. When stopping the generator, the load must be cut off first to avoid no-load shutdown or direct load shutdown to ensure the safety and stability of the system.
5. Power Conversion Operation
When switching the power supply, the first step is to cut off the power switch of the shore power screen. Then, carefully check the stability of the connection and the correctness of the phase sequence. Only after confirming that there are no errors can the power conversion operation be carried out. It is essential to ensure that no irrelevant personnel perform any operations before the power supply of the ship's shore power screen is switched.
